General
This water distillation apparatus can be mounted on the wall and produce distilled water at a lower cost, continuously, automatically and effectively.
To operate, the tap water enters the bottom of the condense pipe and circles along with the pipe and enters the vaporizer pan in the end. The height of the overflow can be pre-set. The steam in the pipe goes down and meets the water going up, thus making the gas in it.
The steam produced in the vaporizer pan reaches the condense pipe through the guide plate. The guide plate can be installed and change direction three times before the steam enters the condense pipe. This way, it avoids tap water in the distilled water. If the working is normal, it can get the distilled water. The vaporizer, condense, and inner guide plate are made of stainless steel. The outside cover and the cover of the guide plate are made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass. All the electric elements of the water distillation appratus have a safety cut off switch.
