This series of multifunctional Chinese medicine sterilizer applies saturated steam to sterilize and release latent physical properties of Chinese medicine products. The steam has a strong penetrating effect to thoroughly affect the material in the chamber. The machine employs a drier coil system to dry powder type medicines while preventing caking. This equipment is suitable for flavorings, Chinese traditional medicines, rice powder, teas, etc.

Structure and Characteristics of the equipment
Body of the sterilizer:
• The body is designed and manufactured according to GB150 Pressure Vessel standards, GB 8599 technical requirements of large steam sterilizer, automatic control protocols, and TSG R0004 safety and technology specifications for fixed monitor vessels.
• The tank of the horizontal rectangular double-deck structure is made from S30408 steel.
• The equipment has a standard GMP authentication interface.

Sterilizer piping system: The pipeline is designed with an optimal configuration, employing imported parts and components.

Sterilizer control system: The machine utilizes a Siemens PLC control system that is operated by touch screen. The system is easy to program and allows for program selection, parameter settings, equipment operation and report processing functionality. The F0 value and temperature timer provides a double guarantee for sterilizing effects. A singular parameter control is also available.
