This series of wetting machine is designed for traditional Chinese medicine products and applies steam to saturate the materials in order to activate latent properties in the medicine and sterilize the products. After a period of insulation, sterilization is achieved and the finished products are safe for processing. It is useful for instant filtration of traditional medicinal materials. By ensuring that the drugs have been completely sterilized, the machine helps reduce waste when it comes to ingredients. It is also highly effective at removing moisture from the products.

Structure and Characteristic of the equipment
Body of the sterilizer:
• The body is designed and manufactured according to GB150 Pressure Vessel standards, GB 8599 technical requirements of large steam sterilizer, automatic control protocols, and TSG R0004 safety and technology specifications for fixed monitor vessels.
• The tank of the horizontal rectangular double-deck structure is made from S30408 steel.
• The equipment has a standard GMP authentication interface.
