The YDB series pressure steam sterilizer adopts automatic program operation and LED digital display screen to display a dialogue box for monitoring the whole sterilizing process. The sterilization process is automatically controlled with no need for supervision and easy operation. The sterilizing temperature is adjustable within 105-134 ℃. And the sterilizing program can be set randomly to sterilize different kinds of objects.

The YDB series pressure steam sterilizer adopts saturated steam pressure to sterilize objects. The pressure saturated steam can release a large amount of latent heat during condensation. Due to this physical property, the to-be-sterilized object is under high temperature and humid state. After certain time, the bacteria and spore tissue in the object will be all destroyed, realizing sterilization. With an automatic program operation, the YDB series pressure steam sterilizer is mainly used in hospitals, the chemical industry, food, scientific research and other workplaces for sterilizing surgical instruments, dressings, medicine, culture mediums and so on.

• When it enters the drying program, the automatic countdown begins. And the sterilizer will automatically cut off the heating power after the sterilization. Then it alarms to indicate that the program operation is finished.
• With over-temperature and over-pressure automatic protection devices, this sterilizer will automatically cut off the heating power when the temperature is too high. And it will open the safety valve for automatic pressure releasing protection when the pressure is too high.

• The steam cannot enter the inner body if the door is not closed properly and it will alarm the operator.
• When the pressure in the sterilizing chamber exceeds 0.027MPa, the door is securely locked.
• Over-pressure protection: when the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the safety valve will release pressure automatically for protection.
• Low water level protection device: if there is too much water, it cannot be heated. And the power will be automatically cut off and alarms when the water level is low.
• Overcurrent protection: the power circuit breaker will cut off the power supply automatically if the current is overloaded.
• Print function: it can record and print the whole sterilizing process.
