The YDD series pressure steam sterilizer adopts an automatic program to control the operations of water feeding, heating, sterilizing and finishing. The indicator displays all of the details of the whole sterilization process. Meanwhile, this machine can satisfy the requirements of pre-heating, drying and constant operation from the sterilized objects. There is no need for supervision and the operation is convenient. The whole machine adopts high quality stainless steel, having the advantages of corrosion-resistance, easy maintenance, long life span, etc.

The YDD series pressure steam sterilizer adopts saturated steam pressure to sterilize objects. The pressure saturated steam can release a large amount of latent heat during condensation. Due to this physical property, the to-be-sterilized object is under high temperature and humid state. After certain time, the bacteria and spore tissue in the object will be all destroyed, realizing sterilization. With an automatic program operation, the YDD series pressure steam sterilizer is mainly used in hospitals, the chemical industry, food, scientific research and other workplaces for sterilizing surgical instruments, dressings, medicine, culture mediums and so on.

• Equipped with a printer, the sterilization time, temperature and date can be printed.
• This sterilizer is installed with automatic releasing device for cold air inside the chamber to guarantee sterilization effect.
• If the door is not well closed, the door indicator is off. This indicates that the sterilization program cannot be entered.
• The electric heating element of this sterilizer is immersion electrical heating tube, which has high thermal efficiency. Its power is 9KW power and its power supply is AC380V.
• Its main body is a closed double-layer structure, comprising of sterilizing chamber and steam jacket.
• If the sterilizer is used while the sterilizing time is not set, it will beep.
• This sterilizer has program function to automatically discharge the condensation water from the sterilizing chamber during the sterilization process. This balances the sterilizing temperature in the sterilizing chamber.
• The shape of the main body is a horizontal square. The automatic display and control are concentrated on the electronic control panel. It offers a novel shape, simple operation, convenient and safe use.
• The jacket of the sterilizing chamber is covered with a shell, which is filled with glass cotton of good heat insulation. This effectively avoids the excessive rise of ambient temperature caused by heat dissipation.
• This sterilizing machine equips with high water level device. When pressing the start button, the water intake indicator is on and the water automatically enter the water tank. When the water reaches high water level (about 20 L), it will be heated automatically and the intake indicator is off.
• With a timing function, the timer enters countdown time automatically as soon as the sterilization temperature rises to the selected value. When the timer returns to zero, this machine will automatically release pressure and cut off the heating power, plus alarming to indicate the finished program operation.
