HJ series vertical steam sterilizer is equipped with automatic protection devices against over-temperature and over-pressure. When the temperature is too high, the sterilizer will automatically cut off the heating power. When the pressure is too high, it opens the safety valve for automatic pressure release protection.

The HJ series vertical sterilizer is equipped with a built-in heater, sterilization timer, temperature and pressure automatic control regulator, safety valve, steam release valve, temperature and pressure indicator, alarm for finished sterilization, and heating power automatic cut off.

• Automatic sterilization process program control: it is easy to use and requires no supervision
• Steam temperature control program: the steam temperature is controlled within 105～134℃. Different objects can be sterilized at different required temperatures
• With a timing function, the automatic countdown begins when the sterilization temperature reaches the selected value. The sterilizer will automatically release pressure and steam, as well as cut off the heating power after the sterilization. It then alarms to indicate that the program operation is finished.
• The electric heating element is an immersion electrical heating tube, with a high thermal efficiency. It has an AC220V voltage and a 1KW power.
• This sterilizer is equipped with an open type safety valve. Under normal circumstances, it remains closed. When the pressure exceeds the maximum allowable range, it will open and release steam, and close when the pressure returns to normal.
